thank you for sharing your practice with me. it means the world.

The practice of yoga can take on many forms, in much the same way a lotus blooms in many muddy environments, individually and uniquely beautiful.

There is a sameness that we recognize when we return to our practices, flowers, places, again and again- we identify small changes in ourself and our environment.

In this way, as we practice yoga, we are practicing presence and attention to ourself and to our surroundings. When we can do that, we can share that attention and presence of mind with others.
